Breast milk is the best source of nutrition for newborns. content composed water, protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, antibodies, and enzymes. also contains white blood cells substances that make up baby`s immune system such as immunoglobulins lysozyme. The composition breast can change depending on needs ages baby. Exclusive breastfeeding recommended by many doctors other healthcare professionals. One factors influence exclusive mother`s knowledge about milk. Most mothers do not know nutritional milk, both macronutrients, micronutrients. rich in cells, bioactive ingredients help protect baby from infection until has an effective antibody response first few months life. ideal nutrient babies. mixture proteins, fats provide nutrients calories to grow. Babies who have been breastfed 6 are more likely reach their weight.Therefore, government recommends infants age months.
